一种专利型膜分离设备——碟管式反渗透

碟管式反渗透(Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis)是一种专利型膜分离设备。

专利设计:膜组件具有专利的流道设计,料液通过入口进入,从导流盘与外壳之间的通道流到组件的另一端,在另一端,料液通过通道进入导流盘(如图1所示),液体以快速流过滤膜,然后180°逆转,再从导流盘切口流入下一个导流盘(如图2所示),以双螺旋曲线上升最后流出。宽阔的流道(2~4mm),排列的凸点,形成湍流,增加透过速率和自清洗功能,从而可有效避免膜堵塞和浓差极化现象,成功地延长了膜片的使用寿命;同时提高清洗效果。

DTRO系统的特点


预处理简单。特殊的流体设计,适合处理高浑浊度和高含盐废水。由于较宽敞通道,只需要简单沙滤和粗过滤就能满足系统要求。

膜组结垢少,污染轻,寿命长。特殊的结构以及水力学设计使得膜组易于清洗,避免结垢和污染,延长了寿命。寿命可达3~5年,甚至更长(国外有运营9年才更换膜片的工程实例),一般的反渗透处理系统是无法达到这一水平的。

安装简单、维修方便,自动化程度高。由于采用标准件,安装维修方便;系统膜片可以单独抽换,不像卷式膜或中空纤维膜那样,只要一处损坏,就得更换整个膜柱,这样就降低了维护费用。该系统由PLC控制,具有先进的自动检测和显示系统,自动化程度高,可以实现远程控制和无人值守,操作非常方便。

DTRO系统具有很强的扩充性,可根据需要增加一级、二级或高压膜组。
